At The Riviera Ridge School, Belonging is fundamental to realizing individual potential and fostering social responsibility. We define diversity broadly—as inclusive of, but not limited to, race, ethnicity, culture, socioeconomic background, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, neurodiversity, religion, disability, and family structure. In alignment with our mission to offer student-centered, individualized learning in a joyful and nurturing environment, we see diversity as a recognition of difference and a shared commitment to cultivating belonging.

A LIVING COMMITMENT TO EQUITY AND INCLUSION
Our ongoing dedication to equity and inclusion is evolving and is intentionally integrated into policy and practice. We understand that addressing systemic inequities is continuous work. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB+) are not concepts reserved for “others”—they are essential for all of us.
By engaging in this work, we enrich our collective well-being, strengthen academic excellence, and foster a more compassionate and inclusive community.
We have been nothing but pleased with every aspect of the school from educational, recreational, social development, not to mention the everlasting relationships between the kids and our relationships with other parents. Family activities including trips, school benefit parties, the back to school barbecue, and other traditions will always be part of our memories. Riviera Ridge is more than a school, it’s a community full of amazing educators and great friends.
